We want every family to feel confident in their purchase of TruAI. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you find that TruAI isn’t the right fit for your family, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. 

Returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, which only covers the payment processing costs we incur — nothing more. The unit must be returned in its original condition, and refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the product.
